New York: Zen Vegetarian House

Okay, so after my first night here I woke up in Jason's basement/room with another hangover, FROM HELL. I'm pretty sure my liver is failing me at this point because every time I drink I barf. Well, after spending the entire morning normal barfing, I decided to order some derivery from the vegan place next door. Jason lives literally a block away from this place, but seeing as how I was not in any shape to walk down the street, I called those silly asians up and ordered some froo.

This meal consisted of Chicken Flied Lice, Wonton Soup and their infamous Chicken Nuggets. Everyone on Yelp raves about these fucking nuggs so why not see what all the hoopla is all about.

Okay, after reverse barfing the wonton soup and burning the roof of my mouth I bit into one of the chicken nuggets. They were actually delicious, but nothing to call home about. They taste just like the Boca brand frozen nuggets, just with a bit of spices mixed into the batter. The fried rice was not good at all, super dry and the veggies were frozen peas and diced carrots. I would have to rate the nuggets at a 4.5, the wonton soop at a 3 and the fried rice at a 1. So average that out to a 3.

3 out of 5 plunges. This place aint got nothing on Happy Family 3 back home in LA.
